Terms and conditions
  1. All Rates are in USD. (and in Euro - but currency rates can fluctuate) and include all taxes and service charge.
  2. Upon booking we will send you a preliminary confirmation and deposit invoice.
  3. A booking becomes definite once we have received a 50% deposit payment. The remaining 50% needs to be received by us 1 month prior to arrival.
  4. Due to the water features and swimming pool we do not recommend the villa for small children who are unable to swim.
  5. In case of private rental of the entire Villa, we offer complimentary transfers from and to the airport.
  6. There is a total of 8 staff available for your day to day care. You can discuss any requirements with our supervisor. All additional services during your stay will be invoiced at cost price +10% service charge.
  7. Responsibility : Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Villa Enggang, or during your participation of any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control, such as late arrival of international flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, weather conditions, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.


Cancellation conditions
In case you have to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
  1. Until 1 month prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental fee will be charged.
  2. From 1 month to the day of arrival, 100% of the total rental fee will be charged.
  3. Cancellations have to be received by us in writing.
